BOARDING
Wind Dance Equestrian Center is a located in southwest Loveland Colorado, sitting on a beautiful 10 acres just outside of town. We have 12 stalls and daily turnout for all horses along with some sheds & runs. We have both indoor and outdoor riding arenas, expert care (40+years experience), home grown hay, free choice feed, daily turnout, pasture and nearby trails that lead to a lake. Horses receive daily turnout and some pasture time.

Wind Dance Equestrian Center focuses on the care and wellbeing of every horse on the property. Our staff has experience caring for mares in foal, young horses, stallions and malnourished horses. Any horse that comes to us always gets the best we can offer and we make sure to offer adjustments when needed to best suit each horse. We have specialized in making each horses care as personalized as needed, to keep each horse as happy as they can be. Boarding prices may vary depending on prices of hay, shavings, etc.

Boarding your horse at Wind Dance Equestrian Facility includes either a space in a barn stall or outdoor shed, feeding twice a day, daily turnout (booting up), and blanketing. Clients have access to the indoor riding arena with mirrors, an outdoor riding arena, round pen, indoor lounge and restrooms.
The main barn features seven 12x12 stalls, a 12x14 stall a wash rack with hot and cold water, a heated tack room and plenty of space. The barn also has several fans above the stalls to keep the flies down in the winter. Our main barn is attached to the indoor arena making the set up incredibly convenient. Our second barn has three 12x12 stalls, a 12x14 stall and its own tack room and a few sets of cross ties. All stalls include automatic heated waterers, rubber mats, and are bedded with fine ground wood shavings. Outdoor shed accommodations include 12 x 12 run in shed with attached runs. These runs have automatic waterers and good fencing. |
Feed ProvidedIn addition to our beautiful 10 acre horse facility, we also own 20 beautiful acres where we grow the majority of the hay that we feed. This helps us guarantee that we will always have enough quality hay to feed our precious friends.
Our horses are fed hay two to three times a day, along with any grain or supplements needed. We are happy to feed Triple Crown grain and this can be provided to boarder horses as well, for an extra fee. But, boarders that wish to feed a different type of grain are welcome to pre-bag grain that we can feed at no extra fees from the WDEC facility. |
Special ServicesSpecial care provided for you horse can be discussed and provided upon request. This may include: meeting your farrier or vet for appointments, de-worming, giving IV or IM routine injections, horse transport or other special services. Prices will be discussed with the barn manager upon request.

Blanketing ServiceAll horses are monitored carefully throughout the day to make sure each horse is happy and has the correct blankets on depending on the weather. We include in our boarding contract, changing out horses blankets up to twice a day (once in the morning rotation, and once in the evening rotation). More then twice a day, and we do charge an extra fee due. We always check the weather to make sure all the horses are happy and comfortable. We do not accept clipped horses as boarder horses outside during the fall, winter and spring months due to the quick weather changes that Colorado throws at us.
